Here is the first installment of Meditation for Creatives. Going forward I'm going to dedicate one post per month for a little mental and physical creative wellbeing. In this case, it's an audio meditation just for you. I'm working on ways to make more of those. Sometimes it might be a few simple yoga stretches you can do at your desk at 3:38 in the afternoon. Occasionally it might be good vibes. We'll see. But I'm encouraging you wherever you are in your day to TAKE A BREAK now or make a plan to take one.
